Gryzzly: a win-win tool

Gryzzly is a project management tool that allows companies to better manage their time and profitability. We all know that time is money, and that is why it is essential to know how this precious time is consume.

In practice, it is a bot that is linke to the professional collaboration and messaging tool, Slack. Each working day that has passe, the Gryzzly chatbot displays a notification (with some rather humorous little messages) asking you how much time you spent on this or that project (see the image below).

Just type “hello” in the Slack chat with Gryzzly if you want this message to appear earlier in the day so you can write down your times.

You are probably wondering: Ok, but how do we configure projects on the tool?

First, you nee to link the chatbot to Slack

To ensure that each team member could access Gryzzly from their Slack account, we first create the main administrator account. The installation was super fast and very easy to set up.

To do this, simply access your Slack account, in the “applications” section (at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left), in the search field type “gryzzly”. Then, simply click on the application and a window will open.

This is followe by your account creation (30-day free trial) and association with the Slack account.

The next steps are creating projects and when this process is complete, you can then invite collaborators to use slack. The invitation remains really easy here too, once sent, Gryzzly automatically appears in the new user’s account.

As state previously, Tamento manages several clients on different projects (website creation/reesign, social meia management, setting up Facebook Ads campaigns, Google Ads, etc.).

the month and year concerne: NOV21

the associate skill: Facebook Ads

So, we have the following project name (this is an example): TAMENTO – NOV21 – Facebook Ads

This organization allows us to find the project we are working on very quickly and we can easily visualize the progress of the project so that we know if we nee to prioritize one file over another (one on which we would be late for example, according to the deadline preefine upstream of the project).
