New Student Registration Procedures (PMB) Usahid Surakarta
General Provisions in PMB:
- Prospective participants must have trnumbers graduated from an MA/MAK/SMA/SMK/Muadalah Islamic Boarding School or equivalent and have permission from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, complete with a recent photo and stamped by the Madrasah/School/Muadalah Islamic Boarding School.
- Diploma/Certificate of Graduation will be validated before the exam is held.
- Have adequate health so as not to disrupt the smooth learning process at Usahid Surakarta
Registration Requirements:
- Scan passport photo with maximum file size 100 kb in jpg, jpeg, png file format
- Scan of the school data file signed by the school principal (Degree/Pass Certificate)
- Scan the Identity Card file containing the photo
- Scan the prospective student’s signature with a maximum file size of 100 kb and file format jpg, jpeg, png
New Student Admissions Registration Flow for Usahid Surakarta
- Fill out the form at
- Select the desired path
- Prospective students will receive notification via email to log in to admissions.
- Immediately log in and complete the requested data after getting the PIN.
- Upload the required files in PDF format
- The Admission Consultant will only verify the data that has been filled in and the complete files that have been uploaded within a maximum of seven working days.
- Prospective students will receive a letter of acceptance or rejection via email.
