App for writing texts, documents, notes

Quick notes, work documents, articles and presentations: whether writing is a passion for you or your everyday job, it is essential to always have the right writing apps on hand . Also because, we all know, we now spend a lot of our time with our smartphones in our hands.

These are applications that I have personally tried and that have different characteristics. Some are more suitable for taking simple notes, others for writing whatsapp and digital marketing complete documents, others are able to combine the functions. And then, of course, there are free solutions and others that are more expensive. It always depends on your needs.

In my opinion, the essential app for working. Google Docs is the best tool to replace the classic Word. Excellent to use even from mobile, it allows you to create text documents that are easy to send, which are automatically saved on our Gmail Drive and can therefore also be shared to collaborate with colleagues. There is everything you need to write and produce complete text documents. And then, let’s not forget, it’s free.

Still staying in the Google house, to take notes and quick notes without having to download too many apps, Keep is a great ally. The Google notes app automatically synchronizes on all the devices where you have access to the email. It allows you to organize notes by color and labels and also create reminders. Simple and effective.

A great classic of writing apps. I personally can’t do without it. Evernote is useful for everyone. For those looking for a tool to take quick notes, for those who the right time to use a 301 redirect want a notebook in which to write long pages of text, for those who need a professional app for work. All of this can be organized in different notebooks and with different tags and colors. Evernote is a free app and can be synchronized on up to 2 devices . To increase storage space and device there is the paid version. But I have to say that I can do everything with the free one.

As I said, I didn’t include the great classic Word in this list because we all know it, but among the free apps for writing I think it’s effective to point out another application from Microsoft’s Office suite . I’m referring to OneNote, which can truly become your personal notebook, the most valid alternative to the paper one. You can structure it like Evernote in sub-notebooks and organize it by themes, colors, tags. And then it also allows you to draw and take visual notes. A nice digital notebook.

Finally, two valuable free alternatives to Office . They are both available on the main platforms – iOS and Android – they are free (with possible quick signs premium features) and their office suites include all the programs (text, spreadsheet, presentations) compatible with the more famous (and more expensive) Word, Excel and Power Point. And so they are in all respects two valid apps for writing. These are:

Apps for writing without distractions

I can tell you that I have tried all three and that, in my opinion, they are quite equivalent. So all you have to do is choose the one that is most convenient for you. In fact, I will leave you the details on the platforms where you can find them, any costs and features that differentiate one from the other:
